Warranty Registration

Thank you for purchasing a Kinetico Home Water Treatment Product. Kinetico Home Water Treatment Products are manufactured to exacting standards and backed by the most comprehensive warranties in the industry. Your guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee is valid from date of purchase and subject to the following conditions.

• The product is used for domestic purposes only in the United Kingdom (Mainland). 
• The product is installed and operated in accordance with our installation and operating instructions.
• The product is not subject to misuse or tampered with in any way.
• The product has been purchased from an Authorised Kinetico Dealer.
• The guarantee has been registered with Kinetico UK Ltd within 28 days of purchase.

Within the guarantee period, should the product or any part thereof prove to be defective by reason of faulty workmanship or materials used in the manufacture of the product, we shall, at our option, either repair or replace the same free of charge provided the above conditions have been met and that the service work is carried out by Kinetico UK Ltd or by an Authorised Kinetico Service Agent. The guarantee on any exchanged parts or product will expire when the normal product guarantee expires.

The product warranty is transferable by the original owner to a subsequent owner provided that the system remains at the site of the original installation.

The original owner may move the product to another location. Warranty will remain with the product provided that once installed, it is commissioned by an Authorised Kinetico Dealer.

For service under this warranty, contact your local Authorised Kinetico Dealer.

Extended guarantees may be available from your Authorised Kinetico Dealer.

We will make a contribution to Naomi House children's hospice for every guarantee registered on line.
Naomi House children’s hospice opened in June 1997 to provide respite care, terminal care and bereavement support for children and families from across the south of England.
