At Kinetico we are proud of the reliability of our products as they all go through a robust quality control process before they leave the factory, therefore your Kinetico equipment should require little maintenance.
However, the quality of water in your home is as important to us as it is to you, and factors outside the operation of your equipment can change from time to time like the quality of your incoming water. Therefore, for peace of mind and to ensure continued optimum performance, maintenance of your Kinetico or other manufactured equipment is available from our highly skilled technicians.
A quality water softener can last for many years but if you would like to arrange a service or report a fault here’s how to get in touch.

• Top up your water softener regularly, only use a high-quality salt.
• Arrange a qualified engineer to check and re-calibrate your water softener, this maintains its efficiency and minimises salt usage as the quality and hardness of your mains water can change.
• Clean your resin annually, to optimise its performance and lifespan.
• Maintain moving parts and replace serviceable items to ensure your water softener continues to deliver soft water to your home.
