How do water softeners work?
Our revolutionary technology utilises a process called 'ion exchange' to remove the calcium and magnesium minerals from your water: the special resin beads in our tanks contain sodium ions which attract those unwanted minerals, removing them from the water and making it soft.
Our water softeners regenerate throughout the day, flushing those minerals away so your water stays soft for guaranteed delivery all day, every day. You don't have to set a timer or anything like that; the built-in water meter takes care of that for you. Once or twice a month you'll need to add salt to your water softener, and that's it. Enjoy soft water 24/7.
