Bergamo, Italy. Kinetico® Incorporated, a global leader in innovative water treatment solutions, has acquired Enki® Water, its exclusive partner in Italy since the company was founded in 2012. The acquisition provides Kinetico with a strong, established network throughout Italy supported by nationwide distribution, technical capabilities and long-standing customer and partner relationships.
Based in Bergamo, Enki Water serves residential and commercial water treatment customers throughout Italy through a network of sales agencies, authorized technical service centers and nationwide warehouse capabilities. The company has built a strong reputation for technical expertise and exceptional customer service while representing Kinetico in the Italian market since 2012.
Enrico Zanchi has worked with Kinetico for more than 20 years and Enki Water has been our exclusive partner in Italy since its founding, making this acquisition a natural fit for both organizations.

Enki Water will continue operating from its existing location in Bergamo, leveraging its commercial infrastructure, nationwide warehouse capabilities and service network. Enrico Zanchi will continue to lead Enki Water as Managing Director. Kinetico plans to build on the existing business while gradually introducing Kinetico systems, processes and best practices.
