The Premier Plus water softener for large homes is typically installed where the external water supply enters your property. In most cases, this is near the stopcock – usually found under the kitchen sink, though it may also be found in the basement or under the stairs.
Installation of your water softener is carried out by a trained Kinetico professional with the plumbing expertise to fit your system correctly. Beforehand, a Kinetico expert will visit your home to assess your plumbing and ensure everything is ready for a smooth installation on the day.
The installation process usually takes around four hours, depending on the complexity of your plumbing and the location of your stopcock.
