We recommend booking one of our routine maintenance visits if your water softener is not working properly. Most water softener issues can usually be resolved by one of our service engineers as part of the maintenance programme. Our policy is to keep you updated as much as possible before each service appointment. On booking a water softener service appointment you will receive confirmation via email and text. We will also send you a reminder the day before the appointment, and a courtesy call from your Kinetico service engineer on the actual day.
